The purpose of the Aspiring School Leaders workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of the principalship and other leadership positions.

Participants will examine the question of whether the leadership role is right for them and whether they are right for that position. New and seasoned school leaders will interact with participants throughout the retreat and assist aspiring leaders with their decision.

The ASL work is guided by a research-based model developed by MAPLE.
